The New Backlight Lamp Panel Production Line According to reports, once the new line reaches full capacity, it can increase monthly production by over 6,000 TV-compatible lamp panels, shortening customer product delivery cycles by more than 20%. This new line fully adopts domestic substitution equipment, achieving self-sufficiency in key production processes, with product yield rates soaring to 99.8%.
In recent years, consumer demand for 65- to 85-inch large-screen TVs has continued to heat up, while competition in the MiniLED TV technology track has intensified. Skyworth Optical Display has proactively laid out large-size backlight lamp panel production lines, optimizing splicing processes and increasing single-panel area to achieve cost reductions and efficiency gains, precisely matching market needs.
This expansion of backlight lamp panel capacity will also form efficient synergy with Skyworth Flat Panel Company, located in the same Skyworth MiniLED Display Technology Industrial Park. The latter, as the downstream MiniLED display terminal assembly business, will also expand its large-screen production lines, enabling seamless collaboration across the industry chain from upstream core components to downstream terminal assembly, adapting to current demand shifts.
