Difference between full lamination and frame lamination

1. Full fit

Process: Use water glue or transparent optical glue to glue the touch screen and display screen together seamlessly, just like a single screen.

Advantages: 1. Better display effect: The full lamination technology eliminates the air between the screens, which can greatly reduce light reflection and reduce the loss of transmitted light to increase brightness and enhance the display effect of the screen.

2. The display brightness is higher and the effect is better: the air layer of the ordinary bonding method will cause the loss of light reflectivity, the higher the reflection loss, the lower the contrast of the display screen, and it is easy to be polluted by environmental dust and water vapor, which will affect the machine Use; while the full-fit OCA glue fills the gap, the loss of light reflection is small, the display panel and the touch screen are tightly bonded, effectively avoiding impurities such as dust and water vapor condensation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the screen.

3. Less noise interference: The close combination of the touch screen and the display panel can not only improve the strength, but also can effectively reduce the interference caused by noise to the touch signal and improve the smoothness of touch operation. 4. The body is thinner and the frame is narrower: the fully laminated screen has a thinner body, and the touch screen and the display are bonded with optical glue, which only increases the thickness of 25μm-50μm; it is 7mm-10mm thinner than the frame.

2. Frame stickers

Process:

Also known as word-of-mouth glue bonding, that is, simply stick the touch screen and the four sides of the display screen with double-sided tape. The middle of the two screens is empty and there is air.

Advantage:

1. Low assembly cost: the process is simple, and the frame is glued around the frame, which is not easy to paste.

2. Low maintenance cost: the two screens are separated, and a broken screen will not affect the use of the other.

Disadvantages:

1.There is air between the two screens, so it is easy to reflect light and may get dust.

2.The two screens are separated, and the light of the display screen will be filtered together, resulting in poor visual effects.

Summary: The full fit experience is the best, but the cost is higher. The effect of frame stickers is not as good as that of full stickers, but the cost is lower. Therefore, you can choose according to your budget and needs when purchasing.

Handling precautions
