Products Description
This 5-inch UART Display product is based on ARM9 chips, does not require an operating system, and can be used immediately after powering up. It can operate continuously for 365 days without accumulating garbage or redundant files. It features a straightforward user interface that can be operated via a high-end HMI. Additionally, the display offers two resolution options: 800480 and 7201280, with a 4-pin power supply mode and simple, fast communication. The operation is highly stable, ensuring there is no stuttering or crashing.

ESD Test
1.1 ESD Test Standards Conducted per GB/T 17626.2-2006 / IEC 61000-4-2:2001 at 25°C ambient temperature.
1.2 Test Procedure
Product secured flat on ESD-safe test bench
Applied air discharge to frame edges and display surface
Monitored real-time for: crashes, resets, reboots, black/white screens, visual artifacts, or communication failures
1.3 Test Results PASS – No restarts, display anomalies, or communication disruptions observed during contact and air discharge tests. Full functionality confirmed.
High and low temperature storage test
2.1 High & Low-Temperature Storage Test Standards Conducted per GB/T 2423.2-2008 / IEC 60068-2-2:2007 (high temp) and GB/T 2423.1-2008 / IEC 60068-2-1:2007 (low temp), covering -20°C to +70°C.
2.2 Test Procedure
Product placed in environmental chamber for 96 hours
Executed 20 power on/off cycles under extreme temperatures
Allowed natural return to ambient temp
Post-test inspection: visual condition + full functional validation (no jump points, ghosting, or failures)
2.3 Test Results PASS – Display operated flawlessly across -20°C to +70°C for 96 hours with zero defects in appearance or performance.
